Mastery Token Bug

When i got level 5 with Udyr i also got an S- and it showed that i got the level 6 mastery token. Then in my hextech it doesnt show that i have the token there. Already tried refreshing and also tried the next day, still wasn't there.

Yeah this has happened to me 3 times already....hope riot fixes
