Graves Attack Speed Bug (Client) (Gameplay) (Live)

So I was playing Graves in this ranked game. Now correct me if I'm wrong. After I farmed up for a bit i bought static shiv. my attack speed was at 0.80 before the purchase of shiv. After I bought shiv the attack speed growth moved by .1. Now I don't know if this is a change for grave's kit. But I think its a bug. If it is just a change then just don't worry about this post. I've tried other attack speed items (New PD. etc) And its still doesn't move aside from 0.80->0.81. Ive checked on other adc's and their attack speed move normally when i buy shiv or pd etc. So riot check it out on pbe to see if im correct. If not then never mind.
