Keybinding Issue I've had for 4 years now

[Gameplay] Q W E R, D F B, and number keys don't work sometimes in game.

For all these years I've been playing League I always eventually get this problem described in this post. At first when I use a new laptop or computer, there is no issue but as times goes on eventually the bug always happens on my device so I'm sure it's the game. I can click the escape button and use my mouse to click things but the keybindings don't work, I can't use any skills or summoners without manually clicking on them first and it's almost impossible to play the game at a high skill level when this happens.

This might sound crazy but I sometimes can fend it off by moving my mouse enough during the loading screen and most times that works but sometimes it doesn't or if the loading time takes too long it won't work anyway. Maybe moving my mouse doesn't effect it, I'm not sure but I don't know what else to do. I've tried the solution listed in the example above and while it has worked the time I used it, will I have to do that every time it happens? Each time I log in to the client? Or exit out entirely putting me behind and only sometimes fixing the problem?

I'm just tired of this and have been dealing with it for years at a time, only getting respite for the limited time I get a new device to play it on until it starts up again. It's just embarrassing to tell people that oh sorry I have to put us behind because my keys aren't working for some reason. If I do have to go into the drive every time that's just kind of exhausting and I wish there was a way to fix this on a mass scale so I won't have to struggle with it anymore.
