Server issues

So I tried to play a game of aces ion today but couldn't connect to save my life, it kept saying my internet was the problem but it was working fine. After I fail to connect the game ends and Im treated to the defeat screen notifying me of the bug and telling me I am now ineligible to receive loot cause I didn't connect, thanks riot
