[GAMEPLAY - Annie] Any non-single proc of Enrage "confuses" Tibbers.

When Tibbers' enrage passive (Summon, or if an enemy champion is stunned by Annie's spells) is proc'd while it's already currently proc'd — it will cause Tibbers to (for a short time) lose a massive amount of attack speed instead of gain a massive amount of attack speed.

To annotate the video:

  1. When Tibbers is first summoned, he is enraged, buffing his attack speed from 0.62 to 1.74. (although I can't click him fast enough to show that, it is clearly higher than 0.62)
  2. After building stacks, and using W on 2 target dummies (which are counted as Enemy Champions, procing the Enrage) Tibber's nerfs his attack speed from 0.62 to 0.47.
  3. After building stacks, and using Q on a single dummy, he is enraged, buffing his attack speed to 1.74.

A 2nd video with the same bug against a single target: https://youtu.be/pLOh8MR5m4I

To annotate this video... After building 3 stacks, against a single target dummy I summon Tibbers to:

  1. Proc Enrage him.
  2. Build a 4th stack, priming my stun which: I then immediately use Q on the dummy, procing Tibbers' Enrage a 2nd time. The result is the same as if 2 enemy champions were stunned by W: Tibbers nerfs his own attack speed to 0.47.

Also, I don't know if Rioters actually look at this board. If somebody could mirror this to Reddit or whatever, please, do.
