[CLIENT] Just a typical ranked champion select... VERSION 2

Okay, this is like the 8th time or so that this bug happened to me, and I love when I can't pick in a promo... I've made 2 bug reports to Riot support, no response (no mails nothing), and 2 discussions (this will be the third), and again no answers. This bug is happening now and then, OVER 3 MONTHS, and still no response and certainly NO FIX! If anyone sees this please share somewhere where people are willing to help, how am I supposed to get to Diamond when I can't even play the promos right?!

Oh yeah the summary: Getting into champ select, not being able to see champions people pick, people ban, my available champions, I can't click on them (so looks like they're not invisible, but literally not there)... Tell me If this is supposed to be happening...
