Whenever I exit champion select into loading screen my game crashes

Whenever I go into the loading screen pre-game my game crashes, and asks if I want to send a file dump or something like that. Since I don't have a better Idea I click yes, it asks me if I want to send a big or small one, but no matter what I choose it tells me it failed because the OS ran out of memory or disk space.

I don't understand anything at this at all, and I have no idea what to do. I don't have any third party programs and this is the first fourth game I played in over a year. The three games I played today prior to this went completely fine, the problem only started now. What can I do?
