PBE sign up issues

Im trying to sign up for pbe but it just says "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again" Its done this for 2 days now i just had some other friends able to sign up at the time i dont know if its my account (Which is honor 3 with no bans or restrictions currently) or the client? Anyone able to help?
