Can't get any hexitech chests

i've been trying to get a hexitech chest for a week now,i even tryed new champs to get an S but i can't get any chests my friend tryed it with a champ that he havnt got an s and he got the chast but i didnt pls somone fix it or tell me what am i doing wrong
