In game ( ranked) visual bug

Just had a ranked game in the winter theme rift 5v5. When pressing tab to see peoples items and such, they are all grouped and layered on top of each other on one slot. for both team sides. i cannot see what people are building, what items they have. summoners. etc. This is a HUGE disadvantage which definitely did not help at all. Also, no health bars or resource bars were displayed on top of each character in game. I have to check the bottom of my screen for my health and click on each character to see their health in the upper left hand corner. Another huge disadvantage. Im not trying to make excuses for losing a game and some LP but that seems really unfair to lose on a bad playing field like that and im sure with no compensation. This is also not the first time this has happened and has made gameplay very unenjoyable. Not only does it affect my gameplay but because i lack a lot of basic in game info i cant make plays or know exactly what to do in every situation so it affects my teammates as well not to mention the raging i received.
