Old Texture and Unable to Create Custom Games or Recieve invites Bug?????

So ever since yesterday I had this weird bug, that I have the old texture and match history (affects friendlist as well). For some reason I was unable to create custom games and it showed me the screen I added below in addition to the fact that I couldn't recieve any invites for any game mode. Besides that, whenever that I invited players to a lobby it would tell me that: "xxx as joined the room" but I could not see his icon or use any commands on the player as if he wasn't there. For that reason I could not play ranked teams at all, as the game would no recongnize we had enough players to start the game (5/3 players required). I tried repairing my client but that didn't help whatsoever. The only way to fix this issue from what I found was to dodge a champion select and complete a game (even though I'm not sure about this solution).

Any ideas?
