Black loading screen leads to network connection error

I can't recreate this 100% of the time. I'll be playing games fine, then seemingly randomly I just can't connect anymore. I thought it had something to do with timing maybe so I waited about 10 minutes for the hour to roll over after I got this bug tonight. I was able to successfully connect to a new game and play it through. Cool, things are working again. I get through champ select, get the bug again and can't reconnect. Now it looks like I'm just leaving games on my profile even though it's just the client refusing to connect me.
