Jhin Ult Locks Camera Infrequently

Hey,

I don't know the technical information about this, but the jhin ult seems to occasionally lock my camera on my character and then disable the ability to untoggle the setting. This is very frustrating when it happens, and as such I thought you guys should be aware.
