Client Pop-Up

Well I guess I am by far not the only one having this issue, but after losing my promos several times and having to wait for a couple of hours (in total) just to get into a game, I'm getting super frustrated. Easily 50% of the time that I tab out of championselect and I have to ban a champion, my client doesn't pop up by itself when it's my turn. I am certain that there is no fix to this problem except just keeping your client open, but I'm trying to raise sensibility to players and workers at riot. Thank you for your attention and GL on SR!
