[GAMEPLAY] Game freezes when Jayce uses his Transform: Mercury Hammer

Whenever you play Jayce, or someone in your game is playing as jayce and they use Transform: Mercury Hammer (but not when he uses Transform: Mercury Cannon), the game will freeze for 1 second. This happens only when you have vision on Jayce. This has been tested on his default skin and Forsaken Jayce skin.

How to reproduce:

1. Play as Jayce, or let someone else play Jayce on your game.
2. Let Jayce use his Transform: Mercury Hammer when he is in your vision.

This bug has been there from patch 6.3 and onward.

Note: Repairing doesn't work.
