[GAMEPLAY] Tower Agro Bug (feature?)

Right after it looked like they disconnected, the tower did not agro on any of us if we damaged the disconnected people.

1. Have someone disconnect under tower
2. Hit that person under tower range

I'm pretty sure this will work 100% of the time; though I can test it with my friend in a custom
