Graves dash

So i just had a game in which Graves was using his dash with every shot. So basically he shots dashes shots dashes. All the time. His mana bar was always on 0 but he was still able to do it. What is up with that? Anyone had someone doing that?

Scripter, there is an exploit bug where if you run an E script it will use it every shot at no mana cost without having a point in the skill. Send in a ticket reporting said player is all you can do
