Rune Bug (FIX IT NOW ITS BEEN MONTHS)

Riot needs to fix this obvious bug for the resolve tree. The two perks that you pick will always be shown as not chosen after the game, and you haven't fixed this apparently for months. Start getting on top of your stuff riot.
