[CRASH] error upon log in (Not the one connection error thing everyone is getting)

What's happening: -I can launch the launcher and reach the log in screen and I get that same error that everyone else is getting -I go log in again it says the authentication is successful -it appears to open client but it is black and quickly turns white and windows tells me it's not responding

What I've tried to do to fix it: -I first tried the repair function on the launcher -I then restarted my PC -Still failing to launch I reinstalled it with NA launcher still not working -Reinstalled with EU West launcher, still broken

Notes: -Started Friday 5/29 and I had already played the most recent patch on Thursday. Played 4 or 5 games even played as Ekko and it worked fine -My PC did crash on that day so file corruption is possible which is why I reinstalled league. -I know Adobe air is not corrupted because I have played a game that runs on it after this error started occurring
