League Store Won't Load,Tried Everything Online,And Cannot Submit Ticket

My store has been working perfectly fine every since I got a new computer,now today out of nowhere it wont load whatsoever,just stays on the black screen. I have done every fix that I can find online and still no luck. SOmebody please help,because as I said,I cant even submit a ticket,every webpage loads perfect until i click on submit ticket,then it constantly times out. Someone help plz
