Rune Page glitch in Champ select

(preseason) In a ranked flex champion select, I picked my champion and went to change my rune page. I wanted another page for a new champion so i clicked on the + icon to add a rune page, it glitches out and the whole thing disappears and it only shows the top bar with the (X) circle to close it. It won't let me go back to change any rune. MY friends are having the same problem can't change runes from the rune pages, can only select the ones already made from before.
