[CLIENT] Patcher refuses to load and bugsplat error occurs when I try to 'Repair' it

First the kernel got stuck for 3 hours. I let that do its thing because it eventually started to load (the little gold bar took over an hour to actually move at all). After the patcher actually came up, I thought I was done waiting. Unfortunately not. The patcher downloaded one file and didn't do anything else. I left it overnight in hope that I would wake up and it would say "Play". But it didn't. Thinking that it was probably a corrupt file or something I told the patcher to repair: when it then closed itself and a bugsplat error occurred.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore: I'm running LoL as an administrator every time and it still gets stuck. Help me!
