League of Legends Adobe AIR Error HELP PLEASE!

I have a problem running League of Legends, whenever I try to open the launcher It says

"this application requires a version of adobe AIR which can't be found. please download the latest version of runtime from http://www.adobe.com/go/getair, or contact the application author for an updated version.", I got this problem when I updated my version of windows from 8.1 to win 10, so I tried every solution on the internet with no use like copying the latest adobe air files and paste it into league's Adobe AIR folder with no use so I copied back the backup folder that I've changed and got another error says
"initial content could not be loaded for this application . try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance so I thought of posting this and getting help for you guys and I hope u won't let me down :), i'm waiting on your replying and solutions.
