Lucian's abilitys

Just found a bug, not in game, but where it shows off the abilitys when you click on the champion. I was just bored, looking at champion's abilitys when I was looking at lucian's abilitys and then thats where it was. In 4.13, you guys removed lucian's ability to remove slows but when you look at lucians E, when you click on lucian, it shows that nasus uses wither onto lucian and then lucian e's and it is gone. I feel this needs to be fixed.
