Udyr's bear stance on PBE

I was screwing around in a custom, testing some pathings with the 'dyr when I noticed that my maxed E kept applying the stun on whatever I was hitting: champs, minions and jungle creeps (except for drag and baron). The 'cooldown' effect circle kept stacking up on itself and the target was basically permastunned. Note, this only occurs with a max rank Bear Stance, ranks 1-4 act normally
