[Gameplay]Jayce graphical freeze

When playing Jayce transforming into Hammer stance causes around 1 second of graphical freeze. After the freeze everything "teleports" around when the client catches back up to actual gameplay. Transforming out of Hammer stance causes no delay.

Steps to reproduce: Play as Jayce. Transform from Gun stance into Hammer stance.

Additional note: I have tried restarting and repairing the client. No change. Before today, I last played Jayce in the early 6.x patches and the problem did not exist.

Same thing happened to me. Makes it impossible to react when he goes aggro on you.
