[Gameplay] Blitzcrank pull is connecting but not pulling

Two or three times a game, I will see a bug with Blitzcrank's pull ability. On those occasions, it connects to the target, but does not actually pull them or only pulls them halfway to me. Is anyone else experiencing the bug? I could not find anything on the patch notes that would explain the pull stopping.
