Caitlyn E and Friends list issue

I've noticed for some reason since 6.9 went into effect that Caitlyn's e ability has been completely messed up and delayed. I'll go to hit my e on my keyboard to get out of a fight and next thing I know, it's a gray screen. My e doesn't activate at all and if it does, it's seconds after I hit e. I've also been having lag, but I'm just hoping that it's due to all of the changes in 6.9 and that it gets resolved in 6.10. As for the friends list, whenever someone gets on, goes into a queue or game, it doesn't automatically update like it should. I have to refresh my list by clicking, "Show offline friends" and then clicking that off. I was wondering if anyone else has seen or had this happen to them as well because this never happened to me before 6.9. I really love 6.9, but it's frustrating not being able to automatically see which of my friends are on and me not being able to get out of a fight as easily with Caitlyn as an ADC. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
