Play new summ rift and client crashes every time

Been tryting to play summoners rift as soon as i get in it starts freezing have to get out the task manager to fix the problem probably gonna get reported and banned for being afk when ive tried everything with my wifi and computer and its just riots client that is gonna get me banned.
