Completely unresponsive game.

This is getting ridiculous, my games were playing out perfectly fine but after updating the client this morning every single game I've gone into has my character completely unresponsive. The displayed ping looks average but very often my movement and clicks are either delayed by up to 10 seconds or completely negated. I have died multiple times to my character outright refusing to move or use any abilities, leaving me looking like a sitting duck or a practice target. It is beyond frustrating. I've seen some posts that look to be having similar issues. I'd just like to know if anyone has any more details if your games are acting the same, and I'd like some form of staff to update on what's happening.
