[Windows 10 - Build 10130+] Black Client Screen

As of Windows 10 Build 10130+ (Currently on 10162 and still broken):

As soon as you hit the Launch button for the league client, the entire client is completely black. I have contacted Riot Support and tried all possible fixes they have recommended and they have sent me to this forum board to report it here.

Of course as a "preview" operating system they cannot focus their attention completely on fixing this bug for Windows 10, however as Windows 10 will be released soon I feel like this should not be ignored as it is sort of gamebreaking. [Screenshot 5]

But there is a way to actually use the client, if you use a streaming client such as Open Broadcaster Software, you can actually see the client itself. [Screenshot 7]

As of RTM Windows 10 Build 10240 the client is still black screen.
