Tahm kench W minion bug

I do not own this video I linked, I just found it while searching for other people having this bug.

Anyways this has been happening alot to me as a tahm kench main. All I know about this bug is when you eat minions and try to spit them out, they will sometimes plainly die without getting launched or exploding. This is a big deal since it negates the damage of one of your abilities but as a support tahm kench main I tend to, around once per match qw a canon minion and run back towards my base to spit the canon minion towards my adc since relic shield's cs share range starts from the minions death point and not your character's position, and since all the minion does is die it place it not only triggers you but also doesn't trigger relic shield's passive... so yeah, its really frustrating since your adc is mission out on a canon minion :( .This bug has been here for a couple of patches now and I'd like it to get fixed asap thank you in advance!
