When I played my provisionals, I got to silver one. After that I got into my promotions sonn enough. First I won a game , then I ost one, and after that I lost one more. After the second loss, It told me I have lost my promotions and I will be gifted a free win next time, so please fix this bug.

If you dodge champ select during your promos it counts as an automatic loss. This is usually the cause of your issue.
