Camera locked to champion, "eye" above map unclickable (GAMEBREAKING BUG)

Playing a ranked game today as nid and all of sudden my camera is locked on champion, "Y" doesn't work and neither does the button above the minimap. Really frustrating and gamebreaking bug (for me at least). Cannot recreate as loading a new game fixed it, but I can't see how bugs like this get overlooked during the testing process. Please fix asap
