[CRASH] Mac OS X Game Entering Crash
Hello,
I've been playing League for a while now, and this bug started in 5.4. There's no completely repeatable way to avoid (or reproduce) it, as it has no seeming trend. As I enter a game of League of Legends, the game will beachball, and become unresponsive. When sitting with friends, I can see that a few seconds after they load in, my League unfreezes, then opens the loading screen. However, much less commonly, is when I don't start loading when the game opens - on rare occasion, about two to three minutes after the game starts, my client unfreezes. It's obviously very annoying - and this has tripped LeaverBuster several times (although this is not my main point, I am currently waiting through queue)
HOW TO REPRODUCE BUG:
- Open League of Legends Mac Client
- Play Game
- Go through champ select
- At the end of champ select, bug will be observed (and a couple of angry teammates) What should happen - loading screen loads, everyone is happy, starts loading What does happen - League client freezes, no one is happy, lots of yelling.
I would say this is about a 8/10. The most direct counter to is to close everything, and hope for the best. Even when everything is closed, it still does this frequently.
I have an OS X Yosemite MacBook Pro Mid-2012 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM, and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1 GB graphics card.
Thank you, Light
The only games I can get into without it crashing is Co-op
