Fiddlesticks & Tahm Kench Q interaction bug

Sorry no link but if this can be tested within a few minutes by all means please do. So I was just playing a game as Fiddle Sticks and when i engaged on Tahm Kench his Q, tongue lash, was used. Now the tongue lash was used a split second before I could use Fiddlestick's Q but i can read nothing about Tahm's Q ignoring CC or anything of the sort. In short; I Feared Tahm Kench mid Tongue Lash and Tahm Kench was unaffected by the residual affect of my fear. I had one point of Fear i THINK, but the short spell animation of Tongue Lash should have affected Tahm Kench. Please look into this.
