LOL Patcher 0KBps

I'm re-downloading LoL on my computer and when I get to the patcher everything was going fine until I hit 85% where it drops to 0KBps. I'm not sure if this is a bug but it happened to my laptop too so it's not just this computer that it's happening on. Please look into it or if anyone has any info on it please help thanks! I'm using a Windows PC and laptop too not a Mac

Run the patch updater in safe mode works perfectly.
