CLIENT Bug: See other summoners full champion mastery list

This bug allows you to view another summoners champions tab as if it we're your own.

Steps to reproduce: 1.View the profile of the summoner that you would like to see 2.While on that page go to view your profile from the view/edit profile tab 3.Very quickly select champions before the client can load your information 4.You can now see the champion mastery rank and best score as if it was your own profile

Can be done to any summoner as far as I can tell.
