[GAMEPLAY] Neeko - Max HP reduced after ulting

When Neeko was disguised, started channeling ult but got condemned by Vayne into a wall. Neeko's max hp went from 1449 to 484. Stayed at 484 until disguising again.

1. Neeko is disguised as Sivir
2. Neeko Ults
3. Vayne condemns Neeko into a wall before getting her shield After reviving max hp was still at 484 and Neeko's portrait was black. Reverted after disguising again.

Attempted to reproduce the bug in a custom but wasn't successful. After reviewing the video the hp Neeko was reduced to was 480 but leveled up and gained hp from the defense secondary rune.
