Unable to log in because you may be offline

Hello fellow summoners. This issue appeared suddenly, I was playing league yesterday evening, and today's morning I have this problem. I've already tried the thing with LeagueClientSetting file and this one fix (don't have the 23.74.24.114 l3cdn.riotgames.com in my hosts file. Also I've tried a Hextech repair tool and reinstall my client twice, rebooted my connection for some times, still no result. Any other fixes?
