[GAMEPLAY] BUG of Zac's E doesn't show the range anymore.

if move your mouse on Zac's E, I can't see the jump range anymore, just a small circle around the Zac. the range is only showed when I clicked the spell E. I also checked this spell in the champion's abilities instruction, I can see the range before clicked the Elastic Slinghot.

It happened in my rank game, plz fix it.
