Dodged Because Champion Select Turned Into To Post Game Screen?

I was playing a ranked game and won. I was stuck at the Waiting For Stats screen so I just skipped it. The history of the match was never recorded, no IP gain or LP gain. I than queued up for another game and at champion select when i was going to choose my champion, I suddenly was redirected to the Post Game Screen of the previous match. I can hear the Champion Select Soundtrack stop playing as if I had dodged. I cannot get back to champion select. I tried to queue up again, but it said that i had dodged. I lost LP for dodging a game for that i cannot even choose a champion in. Obligatory RITO PLS
