Warlord's bloodlust bug

As I'm playing shaco, Warlord's bloodlust does not work on me anymore. It used to work a few days ago. But now, my crits doesn't trigger anything from that mastery... Please fix.

It only triggers when you crit champs, not minions or monsters.

If so then could you explain to me when I crit this nasus and never received the heal? I lost the lane as the crit mastery doesn't work and ended up 0/5 with tryndamere?
