[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank W doesn't reset speed in URF.

In URF you have 100% uptime on Blitzcrank's W. However, when you press it while it's already going off it will not reset the speed. You will forever be at the smallest speed increase that it gives. The debuff never goes off so it's just the buff portion messing up.

How To: Just activate Blitzcrank's W in URF endlessly.

Frequency: 100%
