even if I didn't dodge, I keep getting dodge penalty

I didn't press x botton at all, but the intruction says I dodged so I got penalty on my game ques. It happened again and again so I cant play the games for 15 min right now. I cant even press start botton because same situation might happen again. check and answer plz :/
