[CLIENT/GAMEPLAY] Champion mastery token bug/glitch please help

When ever I reach level 5 on a champion and get an s- or higher in the same game it says that I received the token and when I went to check my "loot and crafting inventory" to look at the token I noticed that it wasn't there. This has happened to me multiple times on different champions. (I.e Taric , Ahri. Twitch)

This can happen again but you need to do reach level 5 on a champion and get an s- or higher ranking on your gameplay in the same game to make the bug/glitch occur.

also if possible I was wondering if a rioter or a person that works on the game could fix this bug because even though its uncommon it is still a problem within the game and I'm sure some people other than me have had this happen to them

You are not able to receive a mastery 6 token for the same game you reach mastery level 5 on a champion, only for games afterwards. The notification that pops up is actually saying that you are now eligible to earn tokens with that champion, not that you actually earned one, though the two do look similar.
