Random ability stops working Mid-game

So the last two games I've played a random ability/ move stops working like 10 minutes in. Last game I played Annie and her R ability just stopped working completely, mid game. I used it once earlier and it worked fine, once it was off cd it just wouldn't work at all. Even if I clicked on the Tibbers Icon in the UI I still couldn't cast it. Thought it was a fluke so I queued up for another game. This time I played Ashe and again everything worked perfectly for about 5 minutes. then all of the sudden, my attack move click key stopped working. I tried setting the attack move click to a different key and that didn't work either. I tried exiting the game and closing the client, then when I went back into the game it still didn't work. I tried resetting to default then rebinding the key to several different keys. That didn't work either. I'm not really sure what's going on.
