Client Crashes when picking Sylas

In multiple attempts of playing League, I have attempted to choose Sylas. When doing so, the game will attempt to launch and then crash immediately. This has happened no less than 10 times. I have attempted to check the files via the launcher to confirm things that way. I have launched a normal and could not enter the game do to constant crashes on every attempt to enter the game and also the same occurred in the practice tool as well as a custom game.

Update: I was wrong about it being a Sylas related bug. Instead it is actually just a client bug. It does not happen all the time, and is about a 50/50 chance. I will go thru champ select and upon game launch, the game will crash. I will then be unable to load said game as it will crash upon any attempt to reconnect. However, once the game has fully loaded, there is a better than average chance that I will be able to finally load into the game myself.
