League Updating Slow

2018 and still cannot update the game fast. Goes so slow at the end of the update every single time. I seen a post from back in 2010 with people having the same problem. No it is not my PC and no it is not my internet connection. Have a top of the line laptop that plays all my games on Ultra max settings. My internet I can download 10 GB games in 5 mins. But doing a little league update can take almost 40 mins......hmmmm. My girlfriend who sits and plays right beside me also has the same problem. And her PC is really good also. I do not even know why I am writing this since your game is so unbalanced and things never change for the better, always making this game more trash by the day. You ruined snow poro, you ruined summoners rift, ahram is a joke. You have champions that are click to win champs that do outrageous damage right now. Makes the game so unenjoyable. Someone clicks on u in a team fight and you die, plain and simple. I think you guys really need to make a few changes inside your company.
