Old Mordekaiser bug fixed yet?

Encountered this a while back, not sure if it is well known or fixed yet but felt the need to share in case it is not. The Ghost Darius' bleed kills the Rift Herald after the ghost has died, and it causes the rift buff to spawn and then instantly disappear from the game. I did not collect the Herald buff by standing on top of where it was either.
